Woe To You
This song is based out of Matthew 23 where Jesus is sternly rebuking the religious leaders of the day. Jesus points out the problem with religion when he says, "You tithe mint, dill, and cumin but ignore the weightier matters of the law: justice, mercy, and faithfulness. In essence, religious people all about rules and tradition and forget all about LOVE! Church (religion) is the same today as it was then, and Jesus is calling us out of prosperity and complacency and into joyful sacrifice and love.
